For example, if you use the "Full Health" cheat, it will prevent the "Clean the Mean Streets", "Finish Him", "One Man Army", and "Walk Free" achievements from being earned. I've heard nothing to indicate that they will cause you to not complete the game, but if you want achievements, better to get them before using codes. I'm tossing a site into my "source" field that has plenty of cheats, and for the most part, does a pretty good job of explaining what they disable. Certain cheat codes will disable certain achievements.
