Even with the PC version the only “codes” are openning the console and using the developer commands. However I seriously doubt that the Xbox version has access to a console to type on commands.
There are a few glitches that you can take advantage of, but there are no “cheats”. Also, all of the glitches were eliminated by a mandatory update, so if you’ve been logged into Xbox Live anytime since December or so while playing Oblivion, you’re out of luck.

Equip a bow and any set of arrows, then draw your bow back. While it is drawn back, press B to go to the inventory screen. Select the arrows that you are using, then go to the item to be duplicated. Press X to drop the item, then leave the equipment screen and resume the game. The item that you dropped will be duplicated. You can pick up all the duplicates and use or sell them. The amount of copies of an item you make depends on how many arrows you have equipped. For example, 10 arrows allows 10 copies. This works with most, but not all, items and weapons. Note: Do not try to duplicate more than 250 copies of an item or the game may freeze.
I know there is a man you can kill who lives in the main city. If you kill him inside his house you can take the gold he has as many times as you want. I got $125 grand this way. That helped out alot.
