at :53 theres an easy way to get up there. go to the spot where the hunters come out, look to your left, there is a busted wall with wire sticking out, jump on it, then jump on the floor above it(might take awhile) look behind you, theres small path way to a roof, get on the roof, look/wait for the pelican to come by, jump on its wing, wait for it to rise, run to other side of it and jump on the other roof
