Just want to be 100% sure of this setup before I buy anything. My Xbox does have an HDMI port and my monitor does have a DVI port.

My friend gave me his xbox live account and windows mail account thing is he lives in USA i live in UK i can login and stuff but the updates on the game market place and the news is USA time not UK time when it all comes out so i was wondering how can i change the account setting from USA to UK the country in system settings is UK so any help ?

Can I use a regular headset with 2 jacks for the xbox 360?

Is there some kind of converter other than those 3 dollar ones made in China and sold by merchants I’ve never heard of? I don’t trust buying from those websites. Somehow, my credit card gets charged to random stuff sometimes like news websites for cities across the country that I’ve never visited. Also, is the 360 female jack on the controller the same as the ones I’d find on a cell phone?
Also, I’m asking because I want to use my 5 dollar Plantronics. I don’t want to buy a piece of crap for 20 dollars or a 40+ dollar set that I would use maybe one hour a week.

I really wanted to buy a xbox 360 this weekend as I just got my paycheck and im bored as crap for the summer. However, with this news im worried that I should wait. Is this news reliable?

AND also, If i buy a xbox 360 from either wal-mart or best buy and keep my reciept can i return it?? And how many days? Any 1 know the return policies for these stores? Im not talking about games just the 360 hardware itself.
