Grand theft auto IV for xbox cheat code?

If i put a cheat code on the GTA4 xbox version will it not let me complete the game 100%, i do not want to put the ammo or healt or anything like that, i would just like to be able to spawn cars like the comet and turismo, but i want to know if by putting one of those codes it will not let me finish the game.
