I really wanted to buy a xbox 360 this weekend as I just got my paycheck and im bored as crap for the summer. However, with this news im worried that I should wait. Is this news reliable?

AND also, If i buy a xbox 360 from either wal-mart or best buy and keep my reciept can i return it?? And how many days? Any 1 know the return policies for these stores? Im not talking about games just the 360 hardware itself.
